ORDER DELIVERY

Due to the nature of our baked treats, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please send a photo so we can assist.

 

Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace orders with incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses or failed deliveries. 

Contact us should this be your case, but rest assured, we take extra care to package everything well, so issues should be rare.

However, we completely understand if you’d prefer to keep your order private, whether it’s for a special event or a surprise.

When placing your order, please let us know if we should avoid sharing photos of your treats to keep the surprise intact or if you’d rather not have them posted at all.

 

We always appreciate any shoutouts or tags at your event - it means the world to us!

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

We totally get it, plans can change! If we haven’t started on your order yet, we’re happy to help make adjustments. For any orders, if we’ve already begun working on them, additional fees may apply. To cover the extra admin work, and used products. 

Just a heads-up: within 5 days of your collection/delivery date, we aren’t able to make changes.
